Amid this wider context, we want to acknowledge the worry you may have felt when Nestlé Singapore also initiated a voluntary recall of specific limited batches of NAN Supremepro HA as a precautionary measure. This decision was made out of an abundance of care, even before any confirmed safety issues were identified, because your baby’s wellbeing will always come first. All other NAN products, such as OPTIPRO, EXPERTPRO and Ready‑to‑Feed infant formulas are not affected by the recall. However, we understand that you may still feel some anxiety after the recent recall.

Stricter Safety Measures at Every Stage
Since identifying the root cause of the recall, we have implemented enhanced safety controls across our entire production process. This includes additional checks from pre‑production to finished goods, as well as a switch to an alternative ARA oil supplier to strengthen ingredient safety and reliability.
Every batch now undergoes comprehensive testing before release, reinforcing the already strict procedures we’ve always adhered to. Our commitment is unwavering: we do not compromise on quality or safety at any point.
