Baby Milestones – 8 Months
A few key milestones in your child’s development.
As a proud parent, you might take notice to every new change in your child’s habits, sometimes a little too much! We suggest a few key milestones in your child’s development so you can observe and enjoy your little one’s progress!
- Puts everything in her mouth, uses lips to get food off spoon: Her eating skills are really improving. She’ll need a healthy variety of foods that help her develop these skills.
- Starts to show food likes and dislikes: Copies your smile. She’s alert and you can see she’s learning every day. She’ll need foods that support her healthy growth and development.
- May sit in high chair: She’s getting stronger every day. She’ll need to keep her iron stores (built up during pregnancy) topped up with iron-rich foods.
